The last song on her “Not That Far Away EP” is a catch song titled “Me With You”. Catchy as it might seem, it is in my view another below average song on the EP. The immediate opening tells you it is more a theme song for a kids show or a kids TV/Movie programme.Yeas well Jennette is a actress for a Kids Network….
There’s definitely a love theme her and unlike “Not That Far Away” or “Put Your Arms Around Someone” the love interest is definitely closer to that of the opposite sex as opposed to a parent figure. Lyrics wise i rate it low as the lyrics are so childish and basic. Vocal wise, asI said, it’s definitely a kid’s theme song. Definitely not country, rock ,rap,R&B etc. Music: So childish.

I don’t find this song childish it is simply written because it is about a girl with a crush. I can relate with the crushes I have had. The feel of walking on air and happiness when they pay you he smallest bit of attention. I think this song does show her less mature adult side and more of her still a fan/teenage girl side.

I really Love The song Me with you Because it sounds like a Love song to Me I Think Honestly Jennette Mccurdy is a Great Actress and a Great singer she should have her Own TV Show on Nickelodeon someday I Hope so But Her song Me with you is so catchy but I Love all her songs as well
Brittany. Thanks. But personally, it’s not her best song, too childish as I said. You’ve got to keep perspective that vocalists even like Jennette can and should improve and have flaws.
As for her getting a show on Nick, that’s off topic here onthis site though I also have my personal opinion.
